I am son of an architect, and have four older brothers – two architects and two who are realtors and developers. I happily moved from LA to Berkeley right out of high school, and never looked back. At nineteen, I quit school and built a one million dollar produce market in Berkeley.
In the mid 80's, I started buying and renovating Oakland properties, which led me to obtaining my real estate and contractor’s licenses in 1990.
I soon joined Pacific Union, and enjoyed 10 productive years of representing buyers and sellers, while still managing to flip dozens of properties for my own account.
In 2001, I founded Anthony Associates, Inc. and have continued to enthusiastically offer holistic and comprehensive real estate services to clients interested in obtaining the best value in their transaction, while enjoying the satisfaction of owning or living in a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing home.
I love Oakland, Berkeley and the East Bay. I deeply appreciate the eclectic mix of architectural styles and neighborhoods which are a reflection of the interesting, dynamic mix of people from all over the world who live in these beautiful homes.
In 2009, I formed an investment company, Alterre Partners, LLC to enable others to participate in serving our community by creating and renovating housing through my construction company Asset construction, Inc.
Whether buying or selling a home, my real estate clients enjoy the benefit they receive from comprehensive, expert advice they get from our team of architects, designers, project managers, carpenters, tradesmen and sub-contractors.
When not passionately serving my clients and leading my team, I'm raising my little boy Schuyler with my beautiful wife, Francine.
We enjoy travel, kids’ soccer and little league, while grazing a trail from eatery to taco truck in our diverse community.
